The first two stages of renovations for the second St. Lazarus House are almost complete

With the end of January 2022, we are completing the first two phases of the renovation of the second St. Lazarus House. This is for all of us GREAT JOY. The first residents will be able to move in soon.

Thank you to our beloved Donors supporting us with the renovation of the House, and to all our donors of material goods, who gifted us a lot of beautiful furniture. It is thanks to you that we are finishing the second stage of the renovation.

Without your help, there would not have been so much joy! We believe you will be with us, spreading good wherever there is still not enough!

What has been achieved?

• I am ETAP We'll start with two rooms upstairs. Painting and furnishing are essentially all that's needed to house our first residents there. Then, we'll refresh and furnish the attic room, where the House Manager will live.
• STAGE II Room on the mezzanine – we need to put up a wall, install a door, and furnish it.

What's next? This is our current fundraiser!

• STAGE III Salon To divide the living room with a wall to create another room, install a door into that room, and furnish it. It is also necessary to replace the windows with openable ones (140x146).
• PHASE IV Replacement of doors and balcony windows in the kitchen. It turned out that a lot of heat was escaping through the old construction. Painting and refreshing the kitchen is also necessary.
