Renovation of the second St. Lazarus House

To open a second House of St. Lazarus, we first need to renovate it a bit. Thanks to the contributions of our Donors, we can begin the related work. We have divided the renovation into several stages:

• I ETAP We will start with two rooms on the upper floor. Painting and furnishing are basically all that is needed to accommodate our first residents there. Then we will refresh and furnish the attic room, where the House Father will live.
• Phase II Mezzanine room – we need to put up a wall, install a door, and furnish it.
• STAGE III Salon – divide the living room with a wall to create an additional room, install a door to this room, and furnish it. It is also necessary to replace the windows with ones that can be opened (140x146).
• STAGE IV Replacement of balcony doors and windows in the kitchen. It turned out that a lot of heat is escaping through the old structure. Repainting and refreshing the kitchen are also necessary.
• Fifth gear Painting and furnishing (shoe rack, coat rack) the hallway and painting the stairwell.
• STAGE VI Garage - adapting the garage into a Foundation office. What scope of work awaits us there?
  • We will put drywall on the walls.,
  • We will do a suspended ceiling.,
  • We will lay laminate or vinyl flooring on the floor.,
  • Replacing a garage door with a brick wall with a door and window (or a garage door with a door and window),
  • Office equipment.
