Do you have doubts? That's natural.

Is setting up a recurring payment in the bank free of charge? +
In the vast majority of Polish banks, setting up and executing a standing order online or through a mobile app are completely free. Fees can only be charged if you place the order in person at a bank branch or via the hotline.
Is card payment through your website secure? +
Yes. Payments are supported Przelewy24 — one of the most trusted Polish payment operators, meeting the highest security standards (PCI DSS). The foundation does not store your card details — they are entirely on the operator's side.
Can I cancel support at any time? +
Yes - in both options, on your own, at any time. Bank order You can cancel or change it in your online banking. Recurring donation via website stop at Donor Panel — without contacting us, without penalties or obligations.
How do I access the Donor Panel? +
Enter Donor Panel and provide the e-mail address you used for the donation. We will send it to you at that address. secure login link, valid for 24 hours. Clicking the link will open your panel – there you will see active subscriptions, payment history, the date of your next payment, and you can cancel your support with one click. After 24 hours, you will simply request a new link – no password to remember.
Can I deduct a donation from my taxes? +
Yes. Donations to public benefit organizations can be deducted from the tax base in the annual PIT settlement — up to 6% of income for individuals and 10% for companies. Proof of this is a bank statement or an email with payment confirmation.
Will I receive confirmation and thanks? +
If you provide your first name, last name, and email (in the transfer title or in the form on the website), we will gladly contact you to thank you and invite you to Club of Angels of Kindness. Information about donations (excluding anonymous donors) is also included in the public list of donors.
What amount do you recommend? +
Every amount is hugely important to us. The most common monthly support amounts are 30 PLN, 50 PLN, 100 PLN, and 150 PLN. For 20 PLN, we can provide a warm meal to one person in crisis. Choose an amount that you can comfortably give regularly – consistency is more important than the amount.
What if I don't have enough funds on the transfer date? +
On a bank order — the bank simply will not process the transfer. No debt or penalty will be incurred. Most banks offer a retry feature for subsequent days. When paying by card — the operator will try to collect funds again; if it fails, the subscription remains active, and the next attempt will take place in the next cycle.
I have a different bank than on the list - how do I set up a payment order? +
