How to do it?
  1. Donate to the Foundation's account with the subject line: Donation for statutory purposes
  2. Keep the transfer confirmation (bank statement)
  3. In the annual tax return (CIT-8 or PIT-36/37), enter the donation amount in the appropriate field.
  4. Upon request, we will issue a donation receipt.
